Continue the year with Intention, Mindfulness, Balance, Cardio, Flexibility, and Strength; all the components of a year packed with progress. This February Fitness Challenge will help.
I was sitting down trying to figure out how I can, as a personal trainer and fitness buff, hold myself accountable to my health, self-discipline, and positive attitude throughout this long pandemic. I have designed this challenge to be applicable for all abilities across the broad spectrum of WELLNESS. Perhaps, with this, I can spur others into action (or continued motivation) as well.
We all have the power within ourselves to try and keep our own health under control, as much as we possibly can, by choosing to become our best SELF; physically, mentally, and spiritually. Pay attention to how our body moves, think and learn healing thoughts/habits, and fill our soul with value on a consistent basis. We are worth it.
This is meant to challenge us, push us to take the next step in learning ourselves, and support each other along the way to a healthier lifestyle (or continued healthy living). I hope it can help create a foundation to build upon, perhaps there are some tasks you will choose to keep too.
